{"id":652,"date":"2024-07-04T09:35:40","date_gmt":"2024-07-04T07:35:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arsarp.it\/fruttetocampochiaro\/?post_type=product&#038;p=652"},"modified":"2024-11-09T18:44:19","modified_gmt":"2024-11-09T17:44:19","slug":"sorbo-pero","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/arsarp.it\/fruttetocampochiaro\/frutteto\/sorbi\/sorbo-pero\/","title":{"rendered":"Sorbo pero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Secondo Tanno (2014) la cultivar &#8220;<em>Sorbo pero<\/em>&#8221; \u00e8 una sottospecie di sorbo, detto <em>pirifera<\/em>, d&#8217;origine orientale.<br \/>\nQuesta cultivar era presente in tutto il territorio molisano, occupando luoghi boschivi, praterie e luoghi incolti o rocciosi (Tanno, 2014). Era usanza diffusa in molte popolazioni molisane raccogliere le sorbe anzitempo, prima che ammezzivano, per spaccarle a met\u00e0 e seccarle sui graticci. Le varie porzioni s&#8217;infilzavano ad un filo formando cos\u00ec rosari o serti che si appendevano in soffitta o in altri locali ventilati per consumarli nelle sere d&#8217;inverno vicino al fuoco a bagno nel vino o nel liquore.<br \/>\nAncora oggi \u00e8 raro trovarlo e pu\u00f2 essere rinvenuto solo rinselvatichito e rinseccolito intorno a qualche rustico dirupato o campo abbandonato.<br \/>\nQuello che chiamiamo frutto (pomo) nella realt\u00e0 \u00e8 un falso frutto, perch\u00e9 non si tratta di una trasformazione del solo ovario (come avviene nei frutti veri) ma anche di altre parti del fiore saldate assieme (ricettacolo, altre parti).<br \/>\nLa peculiarit\u00e0 che li contraddistingue da ogni altro pomo \u00e8 la presenza di peluria sui frutti e sulle foglie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Tanno M.<\/strong> (Arca Sannita).
